The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The room was cold despite maximum temperature settings. Windows were dirty, ruining the view. I found rubbish behind the curtain upon arrival, which is unacceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 17stunning viewgreat facilitiespoor soundproofingexposed bathroompayment confusion
The view from the riverfront room was stunning, enhanced by great facilities like a Bluetooth speaker for music. The prompt assistance from staff made our experience enjoyable. the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. conversations in the nearby units were quite audible. the bathroom area felt a bit exposed without a door on the shower, making privacy a concern. Unfortunately, the payment situation was complicated, as my initial payment wasn't reflected in the hotel’s system, leading to confusion over charges.
